Mitalee received her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2012 and Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2014 from India. She is licensed and registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Mitalee provides detailed clinical assessment and patient education to identify the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Her treatment approach is hands-on and patient-centred, with manual therapy forming the foundation of care, complemented by individualized exercise prescription.
In addition to orthopaedic and spine rehabilitation, Mitalee has advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and treats a wide range of female and male pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, pregnancy-related concerns, postpartum recovery, and post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation.
She is trained in pessary assessment and fitting, conservative management of prolapse and incontinence, and integrates breathing strategies, pressure management, and core-pelvic coordination into treatment. Her approach is holistic and evidence-based, with care plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
Mitalee’s clinical specializations include Mulligan Concept, McKenzie Method, Kaltenborn manual therapy, Kinesio Taping, neurodynamic techniques, core rehabilitation, acupuncture, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
